Frequently asked

Link your DonutSMP account once (Wallet → Link). After that you just /pay the vault bot in-game from that account and the money shows up on the site a few seconds later. There's no code to type, the link is what ties the payment to you, so make sure you pay from the account you linked.

The rules

Terms of service

18+ and eligible only

You must be at least 18 and legally allowed to gamble where you live. Accounts found to belong to minors are closed and any balance is returned to the source of the deposit.

One account per person

Alt accounts, shared accounts and accounts opened to farm bonuses, rain or referrals are closed. Bonuses gained that way are reversed; deposited funds are always returned.

Balances are play credit

Your balance is in-game currency you deposited and can withdraw again to a linked Minecraft account. It earns no interest and cannot be transferred except through the tip feature.

Outcomes are final

Every round is settled by the provably fair engine and recorded with its seed and nonce. A round that has been settled cannot be reversed — but you can verify any of them yourself, forever.

Fair play

Automation that abuses the API, exploits a bug, or manipulates the live feed is not allowed. If you find a bug, report it through this page — we pay for good reports rather than punishing them.

Withdrawals & review

DonutSMP withdrawals up to $500M auto-approve; larger ones are reviewed by a human. We may pause a payout while we look into suspected fraud or chargebacks, and will always tell you why.

Responsible play

Play with money you can afford to lose, never to chase losses. Ask us to set a cooling-off period or to close your account at any time and we'll action it the same day, no questions asked.

Changes to these terms

We'll post material changes here and notify you in-app before they take effect. Continuing to play after that date means you accept the updated terms.

Privacy policy

What we collect

Your username, email, password hash, linked Minecraft name, and the record of every bet, transaction and session. Sessions store a coarse IP and browser string so you can spot a device that isn't yours.

What we never collect

We never ask for your Minecraft password, and we never take card details — deposits arrive as DonutSMP in-game money through the vault bot, and that is the only way money moves in or out.

How we use it

To run your account, settle rounds, pay withdrawals, keep leaderboards honest and detect fraud. We do not sell your data or run third-party ad trackers.

What other players see

Your username, level, avatar and public bets. Privacy settings let you hide your statistics and remove yourself from the live bet feed at any time.

Cookies

One HTTP-only session cookie keeps you signed in. Preferences such as sound and reduced motion stay in your browser's local storage and never reach us.

Retention & your rights

Financial and wagering records are kept for as long as the law requires; everything else is deleted when you close your account. Ask us for an export or a deletion through the form above or by emailing damnmarket6@gmail.com.
